Select 100% brightness.
And then 105mm Prime option.
THEN move the crosshairs on the picture to where you want the light to project from.
Click ok, and then repeat for the other side!

filter>render>lens flare. Select 100% brightness. And then 105mm Prime option. THEN move the crosshairs on the picture to where you want the light to project from. Click ok, and then repeat for the other side! |
